Terms of Use
Last updated – October 14, 2026
These terms
This is Prospa's official signup page, operated by Prospa Productions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11712179) with its registered office at 44 Potternewton Mount, Leeds, LS7 2DR, United Kingdom. Below, that's “Prospa”, “we”, “us”, and you can reach us at info@prospaworld.com. By using the page you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use it.
The page and our mailing list are intended for people aged 18 or over.
Our content
Everything on this page (the music, recordings, artwork, video, wordmarks, and the design itself) belongs to Prospa or its licensors. Don't reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of it without written permission.
Using the page
Don't misuse the page: no attempting to break, overload, or interfere with it; no automated or bulk submission of the form, and no signing up an email address that isn't yours; no using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the page or other visitors.
Mailing list
Signing up for updates is governed by our privacy policy. We'll email you to confirm your signup, and send you nothing else until you do. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, which takes you off every Prospa list at once.
Other sites
The streaming and social platforms we link to are run by others, who set their own terms. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them; a link from this page isn't an endorsement of what you find on the other end.
No warranties, limited liability
The page is provided free of charge, as-is and as-available. We don't guarantee it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that can't legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
Changes & law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the page means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the European Union, you keep the protection of your home country's mandatory laws and can bring a claim in your local courts instead. Questions?
